Ending the war

They struck down those who rose against them and shook off the chains of battle. His queen and love held his hand tightly as they rose against the fighting. He turned to her and smiled deeply. Those were kneeling felt their power wash over them. It swept through them changing and reshaping their very cores.

Many people rose into the sky with them and on that day the guardians were born. Two for god and goddess four for the planet One for North, one for South, one for West and One for East. As they separated and each went to their dominion to rule the God and Goddess set up their home and thrown in the center of it all. While This worked for centuries uprisings and people wanting to return to war slowly spread until one night. The end of peace came and war broke out across the land.

No one knows who struck the first blow but the God's and Guardians soon went to war themselves and it became a place of darkness and lost faith. The gods found this intriguing and interesting. They withdrew and began moving through the shadows letting the humans and other creatures they had created and drawn into this world direct it. They could hear the voices of those still loyal and faithful calling out to them and for their faith and strength in the turmoil they began gathering them unto themselves and spiriting them away. these they instilled the required knowledge of power, strength, understanding, comprehension, and mental fortitude within their very beings and essence.

The years and centuries have passed the planet has calmed down but the turmoil still stirs beneath the surface and they all know a war and battle is coming. The true gods still move in the shadows with their students, pupils, and children close behind. The technology and magic has grown and their are things now that can harm the gods and their followers. The time has come for them to move and take back what is theirs. The questions that still remain however are bountiful and plenty: Whose side exists to see the old ways returned? Whose shall you join? Where is this futuristic apocalyptic world heading? Will you be there to find out? and ultimately who shall reign victorious and what shall be the outcome?
